What does "censorship-free" mean?

We don't ban users for lawful opinions or activities. As long as your links don't contain adult content, promote violence, or involve illegal activity, you're safe. We won't remove your account because of your views, profession, or what you do on other platforms.

How much does Olio cost?

Olio is free forever with up to 3 links. Premium is just $3/month and includes unlimited links, analytics, contact forms, QR codes, link scheduling, AI tools, and much more.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. Your payment information is secure and we never see your card details.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! Cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your dashboard. No questions asked, no hassle.

What happens to my links if I cancel Premium?

Your account reverts to the free plan. If you have more than 3 links, you'll need to archive some (archived links don't count toward your limit). Your profile and links remain active.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund.

Can I use a custom domain?

Custom domains are coming soon to Premium accounts. For now, all profiles use olio.am/username (plus up to 5 aliases for Premium users).

How do the AI features work?

Premium users can generate link descriptions using AI (10 per month). Just click "Generate with AI" when adding or editing a link. All users also get AI-powered content policy checks when adding new links.

What analytics do I get?

Free users see basic pageview and click counts. Premium users get detailed analytics including:

• Device types (mobile, desktop, tablet)
• Geographic location (country-level)
• Referrer sources
• Time patterns (hour of day)
• Individual link performance

Can I schedule links to appear/disappear?

Yes! Premium users can set "go live" and "go inactive" dates for any link. Perfect for seasonal promotions or time-limited offers.

How does the contact form work?

Premium users can enable a contact form on their profile. Messages are saved to your Olio inbox (no email required). You can view, export, and manage messages from your dashboard.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption for all data. We don't sell your information to third parties. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Can I migrate from Linktree/other services?

Yes! Simply copy your links from your old service and add them to Olio. It takes just a few minutes.

Do you offer bulk/business plans?

Not yet, but we're working on it. Contact us at support@olio.am if you need multiple accounts.
